Support Group
Have you ever considered joining a support group? A lot of people would rather avoid it, as they want to keep things private, and would prefer to have one to one sessions. But group support can provide such a different experience, life changing even, as the phrase goes, 'The Whole is Greater than the Sum of It's Parts"

By coming together, we can realise we’re not alone in how we feel or think about certain topics. We can share ideas, learn new strategies, and explore different perspectives—while supporting each other in ways that help us grow and improve our lives and relationships.

freshfocus facilitates a professional yet friendly and non-judgemental group setting for both adults and young people, with group rules and confidentiality agreements in place, to protect privacy.

In your chosen area of interest, you'll receive guided information, have opportunities to reflect on what isn’t working well, and explore how to integrate new insights, perspectives, or strategies tailored to your individual situation.

By participating in a group, we can co-create more effective solutions to challenges, collaborate with people outside our usual circles, and strengthen essential life skills.
